Aristos Ventures is a microventure capital company from Texas that invests in tech companies that work with SaaS, mobile enrichment, web-based apps, cloud, security, and information services. Founded in 2011 by Felipe Mendoza in Dallas, Texas, it invests in seed and early stage ventures. It specifically invests in highly capital-efficient technology companies in Texas that need critical early capital (e.g. $300,000 to $2 million) in order to produce a product and generate revenue. The company aims to build a diversified portfolio of companies that are each capable of achieving an exit of $5 million to $20 million or more.

Rounds are usually in the $200,000 to $350,000 range, with $750,000 to $1 million being invested in a company. Aristos Ventures also considers pre-seed investments and later stage investments.
