Chupakhin Evgeny Valentinovich

Evgeny Valentinovich Chupakhin was born on October 23, 1977 in the city of Kiselevsk, Kemerovo Region.

Higher education. In 1996 he graduated from the Kiselevsky Mining College with a degree in Mining Technologist. In 2001 he graduated from the Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzGTU), Department of Mining Economics, specialty: economist-manager; postgraduate study at KuzGTU in 2003. Additional education: Presidential training courses for managerial personnel in the specialty "Management"

He began his career in 2001 as an economist at AZOT OJSC. In 2003, he was hired by the Branch of OAO Kuzbassenergo: Department of Thermal Networks, Head of the Financial Department. In 2008, he was admitted to the Administration of the Kemerovo Region as the head of the department for analysis and development of investment and innovation projects in the Investment Policy Department. In 2010, he moved to work at Kuzbass Energy Supply Company LLC and a year later was appointed General Director. Since 2018, he has been the head of LLC HK SDS-Energo.

Supporter of the United Russia party. Elected as a deputy of the Kemerovo City Council of People's Deputies of the 7th convocation.

Awarded: medal "For Service to Kuzbass" (2013), Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation (2017), Diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation (2020).
