In 2008, Credit Mutual ARKEA's Chairman Jean-Pierre Denis developed their Horizons 2015, a plan to develop the bank over the medium term. In October 2015, they adopted a new plan, Arkea 2020, which is a continued and strengthened version of Horizons 2015.
As per their Horizons 2015 plan, Credit Mutuel ARKEA acquired ProCapital Securities Services, Monext and Credit Foncier et Communal d'Alsace et de Lorraine Banque to develop new products for their customers.
For their Arkea 2020 plan, Credit Mutuel ARKEA acquired Leetchi, Mangopay, Keytrade Bank and Pumpkin.
As part of their Horizons 2015 and Arkea 2020 development strategies, they have made investments in Up & Net, Younited Credit, Yomoni, Linxo, Fluo, Max and Koregraf.
