Through the mobile application, customers can order any small product (40x40x30 cm) weighing up to 9 kg. Mostly it is food, medicine, and documents. In Europe, for example, 85% of orders are food purchase and delivery. After placing an order, the user has the opportunity to track the movement of the courier on the route in real time.

Most couriers travel on bicycles, motorcycles and scooters.

The service is available via desktop, IOS and Android.

In March 2015, the first order was delivered in Barcelona. During the same month, the company received 140,000 euros in the first round of investment.
