The mission of CJSC "KHPS" is to meet the current and future needs and requirements of consumers, in a constant effort to exceed customer expectations by producing high quality products and introducing modern technologies.
In 2002, the flour produced by OJSC "KHPS" was included in the list of "100 Best Goods of Russia" and was awarded a silver medal at the All-Russian Review of the Quality of Flour and Cereals. At the Moscow exhibition "Golden Autumn-2003" gold medals were awarded to new varieties of Stary Oskol flour - wheat baking flour of the highest grade "Hlopotunya" and wheat baking flour "Prima" ("White Queen").

A line of the company "FAWEMA" (Germany) was installed for packaging flour in colorful bags of 2 kg. Flour "Starooskolskaya" produced by the "Starooskolsky Bread Products Plant" is purchased by housewives of the entire Central Black Earth Region and other regions of Russia.
