Biography

Mikhail Galustyan has been an active and creative person since childhood, which predetermined his future fate. He went from an ordinary caveman to the idol of millions - all thanks to an extensive repertoire, because everyone can find familiar features in the heroes of the artist. And although he appears simple and direct on the screens, in real life the showman is far from his images.

Childhood and youth

Mikhail Sergeyevich was born in Sochi on October 25, 1979. The real name of the celebrity is Nshan, he was named after his grandfather. Galustyan's family is far from creative: his father worked as a cook, his mother was a doctor in the emergency room. Later, the artist had a younger brother David, who followed in his footsteps: first he played in KVN, and then began working in Comedy Club Production.

Misha's creative inclinations manifested themselves in the early years of his biography: in kindergarten, the future showman was happy to sing, recite poetry and dance. Later, the boy began to attend a theater circle, first appeared on stage in the image of Winnie the Pooh, whom he jokingly calls his childhood idol.

Being the eldest child in the family, Galustyan became independent early. Already at the age of 13, he began to earn his first money. In high school, my mother, who dreamed that her son would also become a doctor, arranged for him to work part-time in a trauma center. There the teenager learned to apply a cast and decided to put pressure on the pity of the Russian language teacher in such a way as not to write dictation. The deception was quickly revealed, and in this subject Misha got a deuce in a year. But he was offered an alternative — to start playing KVN for a local team. And so the creative path began.

But despite his success on stage, Galustyan still listened to his mother and graduated from medical school. He even managed to work as a paramedic-obstetrician, but then decided to get a second education and graduated from the Sochi Institute of Tourism and Resort Business.

Already in adulthood, another diploma received at the Oleg Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy appeared in the celebrity's piggy bank.

KVN

Mikhail has been in KVN since the 10th grade. As a schoolboy, he became the captain of the team and confidently defeated strong rivals both at the city and regional level.

But popularity came to Galustyan as a participant of "Tired of the Sun", where Alexander Revva was also a member. According to the artist's memoirs, it was not just a team, but a well-coordinated mechanism. There was only one task — victory, which forced the young cavemen to rehearse from morning to night. He appeared by chance when Mikhail and Alexander were walking in the park and met with the same "waif", who formulated her thoughts in a funny way. Even then Galustyan realized that you need to look around carefully, because life presents a lot of reasons for jokes.

In 2002, the artist was chosen captain of "Tired of the Sun", and a year later his team won the Major League. Mikhail was the center of attention, which opened the way for him to television.

Television

Galustyan first appeared in the TNT TV show thanks to Garik Martirosyan, who invited him to Our Russia. The whole team worked on the plots for the sketches, but it was Mikhail who thought out how the characters would behave on the screens. The project was successful and was continued in the form of spin-offs and films.

For the sake of a role in the comedy "That's another Carloson", Mikhail deliberately gained a few extra pounds, which brought him considerable discomfort, but after filming he regained his former form. Starting in 2012, Galustyan began to try himself as a producer. He worked on the comedy "A Gift with Character", where he also played the main role. It wasn't easy on the set, because his partner in the frame was a child. Since Mikhail has a long-standing friendship with Alexander Revva, he has repeatedly accepted offers to star in the comedy "Grandmother of Easy Virtue", playing small but prominent roles. And in 2019, the actor became the hero of the sensational video for the song "Alcoholic".

The artist has been fond of music since childhood. He attended a piano music school, but he never became a great pianist. Growing older, Mikhail sang for himself and his loved ones, still hesitating to turn the hobby into a full-fledged project.

Only in 2019, together with Garik Martirosyan, a bright performer Super Zhorik was invented, whose work combines modern pop and Caucasian national flavor. The first track was called "I want Tibya Lyubitsa", it allowed the singer to quickly win the love of listeners.

Personal life

The showman calls his wife Victoria his first and only true love. Their relationship was tested by difficulties, because soon after meeting Mikhail got into an accident, broke both legs, and the girl, without hesitation for a long time, went to him in Sochi from Krasnodar.

Victoria actually made a marriage proposal herself, hinting that 07.07.07 is a beautiful date for a wedding. They celebrated in two stages: first they held a solemn ceremony for the closest ones, and then they had a magnificent wedding for 700 guests.

2 daughters were born in the marriage — Estella and Elina. In the upbringing of children, the showman considers himself a strict father, teaches heiresses to discipline and hygiene, respect for others. But at the same time, he strives to be a friend for girls, not to limit, but to instruct them.
