O’Reilly Alpha Tech Ventures, also known as OATV, is a venture capital firm founded in 2005. The firm was established by Bryce Roberts, Mark Jacobsen, and Tim O'Reilly. It is a subsidiary of Tim O’Reilly’s company, O’Reilly Media, a company that publishes computer and technology books and websites. OATV is based in San Francisco, California.
