In 1995 she graduated with honors from the Slonim Medical School with a degree in Obstetrics.

On April 1, 1995, she was hired by the Grodno City Clinical Hospital No. 3 as a midwife.

Since 2004, she has been appointed senior midwife of the obstetric observational department, since 2011, the head nurse of the institution.

In 2020, she graduated with honors from the Yanka Kupala GrSU with a degree in social rehabilitation activities, and was qualified as a specialist in social work - a rehabilitation specialist.

She is the winner of the contest "The Best Medical Worker of 2006" in the nomination "Senior Nurse (Midwife)".

She was awarded with certificates of honor for her personal contribution to the final performance of the perinatal center and active participation in the social and political life of the team, a certificate of honor of the UZO of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee for conscientious work, a significant personal contribution to the development of healthcare in the Grodno region, a certificate of honor of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers. In 2010, on the occasion of the International Nurse's Day, she was awarded the title of "Best Health Care Specialist of the Year".
