The Status of PSU

Perm State National Research University (also: Perm State University, Perm State, PSU) is a Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education, the first university in the Urals, Russia, founded in 1916, one of the founders of the Association of Classical Universities of Russia and the Association of Leading Universities of Russia.

At the turn of the 21st century the University evolves its initial strive and stays loyal to its mission – keeping the high standards of academic knowledge, implementing the classical education tradition in the Urals. Furthermore, by classical we mean the convincing ability to look forward and never come out of date.
