Pharmajet is a medical devices company in Colorado that focuses on providing a needle-free jet injection. Founded 2005 in Golden, Colorado, United States by Heather Callender-Potters, PHARMAJET has raised a total of $42M in funding over 11 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on January 18, 2019 from a Series G round. The company is funded by four investors, with Rockies Venture Club and 3Lines are its most recent investors. Its devices provide for fixed dose needle-free jet injection for all three tissue depths and uses a narrow stream of fluid that flows intra-muscularly through the skin, without a needle in about 1/10th of a second, enabling physicians to eliminate needlestick injuries, needle reuse, cross-contamination and reduce sharps waste disposal.

PharmaJet received a $9.6 million contract from the Joint Science and Technology Office of the US Defense Threat Agency (DTRA). Through the Medical CBRN Defense Consortium (MCDC), DTRA is funding the use of needle-free technology to further progress in nucleic acid vaccines and the development of needle-free devices.
