Pyotr Nikolaevich Tultaev (born January 1 1961 , the village of Staroe Sindrovo, Krasnoslobodsky district , Mordovian ASSR ) is a Russian statesman. Minister of Culture of the Republic of Mordovia (2001-2012), Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia (2010-2012). From 2012 to 2016 he served as the Head of the Saransk City District Administration , on November 1, 2016 he was elected to the post of the Head of the Saransk City District.
