The generated name is based on the announcement date not the funding date.
It would be nice to allow the name to be edited even if initially generated - for example this is a direct listing rather than a typical IPO.
Also it's awkward to have "(company)" in the generated name. It should not be in the entity name either (I am unable to edit it).

Updated the topic name. On funding price per share, this is currently the opening price but noted that we may want to consider "reference price" field in the future.
