Squiz

Squiz is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, was founded in 1998 and currently claims to have over 450 staff spread across offices in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Poland. Squiz was founded by John-Paul Syriatowicz and Stephen Barker. The company's first product was MySource Classic which was a page-based tool for building and managing online projects including websites and intranets. Following the launch of a number of cloud-based products, Squiz launched "Squiz Suite" which comprised Squiz Matrix, Squiz CMS, Squiz Analytics and Squiz Search. This was the company's first offering in the web engagement management market.

In July 2009, Squiz acquired an Australian-based company, Funnelback, which was originally a spin-off from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO). Funnelback continues to trade under its own name and its product is available separately or as part of Squiz DXP.
