Tensil

Tensil is a technology company utilizing design automation tools to deliver machine learningmachine learning inference chips that is headquartered in San Francisco, California and was founded in 2018 by Tom Alcorn. The company is making custom chips designed for machine learning applications that require low power consumption such as autonomous vehicles, drones, and internet of things (IoT) devices. Tensil takes a machine learning model from TensorFlow and uses the model to build a customized computer chip design optimized for performing computations using that specific model from TensorFlow.
