A unified process of immediate intervention for local and remote parties interactive audio-visual teleconferencing by means of a local authority's dedicated battery powered wearable mobile computerized device display monitor interface platform is provided. The unified process includes among other embodiments and processes; a secured central computer, a network, and a Local Authority's Mobile Platform, (LAMP).
