The DAO's full description:

The Universe DAO Discord version is an experimental, conceptual spin on the first Public Universe DAO. Eligible members can participate in the DAO and influence its development based on their current holdings. There are no direct incentives for this edition of the DAO, but everyone can have a fair share of power, decision-making, and practice co-managing a real crypto treasury and its contents.

How Proposals Work:

We'll collect proposals on a regular basis from eligible members who can write in the universe-dao (see requirements) and receive enough upvotes from other members. Writing a proposal and receiving upvotes does not ensure that it will be published for voting.

How Voting Works:

For each voting on proposals, we'll create a Discord thread that will be available for a limited pre-announced time, during which eligible members will be able to "react" to eligible choices, with their reactions representing their voted choice. After the voting period expires, the vote will be considered final, and the action will be carried out as long as we have at least one weighted vote over all other options; otherwise, the voting period may need to be extended, re-posted, or canceled, in the unlikely event that all options receive an equal number of votes for the eventually extended duration of time.
