University of Évora

The University of Évora, also known as Universidade de Évora or Universidade de Evora, is a public educational institute located in Évora, Portugal. It was founded by Henry, King of Portugal in 1973. The university operates in the industries of education, higher education, and as a university.

The University of Évora follows the motto "Honesto estudo com longa experiência misturado". It is accredited by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education of Portugal and the Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation of Higher Education. Moreover, the university is affiliated with the European University Association.
