University of Houston–Victoria

The University of Houston–Victoria (UHV) is a public educational institution located in Victoria, Texas, United States. Founded in 1973, UHV is part of the University of Houston System and operates within the industries of education, higher education, and as a university.

UHV holds accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The university is also affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, University of Houston System, American Association of State Colleges and Universities, and the National Athletic Association.
