Institute Belgosproekt OJSC is a design organization in the Republic of Belarus, which has made a huge contribution to the creation of the architectural look and construction complex of the republic.

Preserving and increasing our creative potential, today we design complexes and buildings for healthcare, culture, social services, recreation and sports, places of worship at a high architectural and technical level.

Most of the unique buildings and complexes in the republic and its capital have been erected and are being built according to the design documentation developed by the institute.

For creative and labor merits, the Institute was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

The developed design and estimate documentation has a certificate of compliance with international standards of the quality management system ISO 9001.

Hystory

The Belgosproect Institute was founded in 1933 in accordance with Decree No. 210 of February 25, 1933 by the Council of People's Commissars of the Byelorussian SSR, by combining the Belgosproektstroy Giprogoroma, and became known as the Belarusian State Design Institute Belgosproekt.

By the end of the 1930s, the Belgosproect was finally formed as an integrated design and survey organization with a broad urban profile. In the postwar years, the specialists of the institute took an active part in the restoration of the destroyed cities.

In the second half of the 1950s, Belgosproect reached the level of advanced design organizations of the Soviet Union. The volume and significance of the work performed, the high degree of qualification of specialists, the progressive focus of technical policy - all this made it possible to solve large and serious urban planning and engineering issues.

In the period 1960-1980-ies. the institute carried out a huge layer of work in the field of housing and cultural construction, the institute carried out a significant amount of work on the most important Union construction projects.

In August 1990, at the request of the Belarusian State Design Institute "BELGOSPROEKT" by decision of the Executive Committee of the Frunze District Council of People's Deputies of Minsk on August 28, 1990. No. 16 is registered as a Lease Enterprise "BELPROEKT".

By the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee No. 1319 of September 24, 2001, the Institute BELPROEKT Institute was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under No. 100135768, which gives the right to carry out business activities in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

On May 10, 2006, by decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee No. 900, the BELPROEKT Institute was reorganized into the Republican Unitary Enterprise Institute Belgosproekt.

On May 14, 2018, RUE "Order of the Red Banner of Labor" Institute Belgosproect "was transformed into JSC" Order of the Red Banner of Labor "Institute Belgosproect." And on May 26, 2018, the Institute became a resident of the Sino-Belarusian Great Stone Industrial Park.

The history of JENTY, the transport and logistics company, began in 1996. It immediately established itself as a successful international cargo company and over the years has accumulated unique experience in organizing large logistics projects.

JENTY has a modern fleet of 600 Euro-5 road trains. Its vehicles run throughout the continent – the scope of the company’s directions includes all countries of Europe and CIS as well as Asian states, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia.

Facing difficult geographical and climatic conditions, the company never retreats – over the past 3 years, JENTY specialists have completed more than 200 challenging logistics projects for various industries.

S.I.A.P. S.p.A. was founded in 1964 by two Venetian, who, since the 30’s, had been in business of factory and heating coals as importers and resellers throughout Italy.

The newly established company had an industrial focus, particularly the manufacturing of anthracite agglomerates.

While the head office was, and still is, in Venice, the plant was built (in same 1964) in a large country plot, chosen for its position along the Adriatic main road between harbour and motorway, in Ancona (Central Italy).

Since the 70’s industry has become even more the main market; new products have been developed to fulfil the needs of steel, cement and tiles factories.

The storeyards have been widened to offer warehouse service on behalf of importers and customers.

Since the 80’s the company operates as authorized Port Enterprise in Ancona.

Since the 90’s the layout of plant and storeyards has been changed to increase productivity and clear space for a new real estate activity, which led to the construction of 3 new sheds.

Area used for manufacturing and storage of coals is now about 4 ha, on a total industrial area of about 9 ha.

Since 2012 S.I.A.P. produces photovoltaic power too, as it installed on its sheds 855 kWp, partially for self-consumption.
