De Blauwe Kamer is a rewilding area in the NetherlandsNetherlands. Since De Blauwe Kamer was connected to the Grebbeberg, Konik horses and Galloway cattle have grazed the area. There are also hares, rabbits, muskrats, beaver rats, beavers and foxes. Various birds can survive here.

Founded in 2006 by Indonesian Sukanto Tanoto, Apical is part of the group of companies managed by RGE.

The project attempted to produce a perfect truth drug for interrogating suspected Soviet spies during the Cold War, and to explore other possibilities of mind control. Subproject 54 was the NavyNavy's top-secret "Perfect Concussion" program, which was supposed to use sub-aural frequency blasts to erase memory; the program was never carried out.[26]
