Andorff is an engineer in Mechanics and Economics from the University of KaiserslauternKaiserslautern (1999). Starting at Mercedes Benz, he has developed his professional career in the automobile sector, with different responsibilities in the areas of R&D and Purchasing. He was the creator and head of the Daimler Purchasing area in China. There he led the creation of a network of suppliers for the company.

Okeano is a search engine based in OviedoOviedo, Spain, founded in 2020, that uses 80% of its profits to help end river and ocean plastic pollution.

In 2019, Talview secured its series A round of funding of $6.75 million from Storm VenturesStorm Ventures, Inventus Capital, Eileses Capital and Emergent Ventures to upgrade its 'insta-hiring' platform with artificial intelligence models.The company has worked with companies including Deloitte, Amazon, and Cognizant. It has also signed partnerships with Accenture, Microsoft and IBM to expand its service.
