Farmers Business Network (FBN) is a startup in San Carlos, CaliforniaSan Carlos, California that aggregates data to provide insights and a variety of enterprise solutions for farmers.

The FBN network uses data from precision equipment and other sources, then connects farmers with thousands of other members from around the US and CanadaCanada. By doing so, FBN can yield insights by anonymously aggregating and analyzing millions of acres of farm data through the FBN analytics tools.

The university also administers two concurrent schools in Asia, Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore (established in 2005) and Duke Kunshan University in Kunshan, ChinaChina (established in 2013).

Duke's campus spans over 8,600 acres (3,500 hectares) on three contiguous sub-campuses in Durham as well as a marine lab in Beaufort. The main campus - designed largely by architect Julian Abele - incorporates Gothic architectureGothic architecture with the 210-foot (64-meter) Duke Chapel at the campus' center and highest point of elevation. Farmers participating in FBN will receive comprehensive agronomic analytics, reports, and mapping on their own farms, and can also access this pool of aggregated, anonymized cleaned data on things such as seed performance, performance benchmarking, crop & market trends and input prices.
