Mykola Oleksandrovych Udyansky (born May 22, 1983, Kharkiv) is an Ukrainian IT entrepreneur, scientist, co-owner of Parlament Media Group, co-founder and co-owner of Coinsbit cryptocurrency exchange, former owner of LocalTrade trading platform, Doctor of Philosophy. In 2021, according to the Ukrainian Forbes, he is ranked №59 among the richest Ukrainians, with $180 million.
He was born in a family of test engineer and trade worker. He graduated from Kharkiv School № 53, in 2001-2003 he served in the Armed Forces in the Special Forces of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Intelligence.
In 2009 he graduated from Kharkiv Automobile and Road University with a degree in "Roads and airfields", in 2019 he graduated from Kharkiv University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in law and cybersecurity.
2003-2006 - Commercial Director of TD "Olivin" (Kharkov), from 2006 to 2014 was engaged in the production and distribution of trading terminals.
2013 - together with Bohdan Prilepa he founded the IT company Prof-it, which develops cryptocurrency exchanges and other blockchain products. In 2021, RBC-Ukraine included the company in the third position in the ranking of Ukrainian IT companies, compiled on the basis of the IT Ukraine Association and the Dou.ua website.
In 2014 he founded the insurance company Assur.
2018, created cryptocurrency exchange Coinsbit, received the award "Best Exchange" at the Blockchain Live festival.
In June 2019, he presented his dissertation on law on "Administrative and legal principles of cooperation between law enforcement agencies in the field of anticorruption."
In December 2019, Udianskyi sold his stake in the business. At the same time, he created the marketing and PR company PRMR.
In January 2020, Udianskyi and Coinsbit hosted the CHAIN 2020 blockchain educational conference in Hong Kong. The conference was attended by almost 14,000 people.
In February 2020, Prof-It created the Bitcoin fork Bitcoin Ultimatum. In July 2020, he presented it at the 11th World Family Investment Summit in Monaco.
In September 2020, Udianskyi bought the LocalTrade trading platform, owned by localtrade.pro LLP, and sold it in the summer of 2021.
In 2020, together with media manager Dmytro Kolot and IT entrepreneur Bohdan Prilepa bought the domain name Parlament.ua, founding the media holding Parlament Media Group.
In November 2021, the Ukrainian cryptocurrency exchange Qmall was presented at the BlockchainUA conference in Kyiv. It was presented by the co-founders of the project Mykola Udianskyi and Bohdan Prylepa.
