Biography
Troitskaya was born in Bryankovo (now in Suvorovsky District of Tula Oblast), grew up in Kaluga.[3]
In 1917 she graduated from the Kaluga Diocesan School (she also studied with Konstantin Tsiolkovsky). In 1920s she worked as a teacher.[3]
In 1934 she graduated from Kharkiv National Medical University. In 1940-1951 a microbiologist, from 1946 Senior Researcher of the Astrakhan Leprosarium.[4]
In 1946, at the Kazan Federal University, she defended her thesis on pain biotherapy in the treatment of leprosy.[5]
Since 1951 (after retirement) she worked as a microbiologist in the laboratory of the Kaluga Oncologic Dispensary.[4]
She discovered new strains of corynebacteria — Corynebacterium Krestovnikova / Troitskaya.

Collections
Kosrae State Museum is situated in Tofol.[3] Its collection is made up of archaeological assemblages from several of Kosrae's significant historic sites. The collection also includes objects relating to Kosrae's history and culture more widely, including archaeological artefacts.[4][5] The museum contains models of traditional homes.[6] In 2001 the museum moved to a new location in Tofol. Its redevelopment was funded by the US Government, the FSM Government and Kosrae State.[7] The museum's exhibits include displays on: prehistoric Kosrae, early contact, nineteenth century whaling and missionary activity, the Second World War and contemporary Kosrae.[7] The museum hosts significant collections, including: artwork from the Lütke Expedition;[8] the Carl Hupp collection
