he Aces (formerly The Blue Aces) are an American alternative pop band from Provo, Utah.[1] The band has four members: guitarist Katie Henderson, bassist McKenna Petty, and sisters Alisa Ramirez (drums) and Cristal Ramirez (lead vocals and guitars).

American saxophonist, composer, arranger, conductor and leader of the west coast jazz fusion ensemble, The L.A. Express. He was born May 19th, 1948 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

In December 1920, the People’s Commissariat for Foreign Affairs was established by resolution of the Second Congress of Soviets of Belarus. With the 1922 formation of the USSR, the functions of representing the Soviet republics in the international arena passed into the national jurisdiction. On 1 February 1944, the Supreme Soviet of the USSR adopted a law on giving the Union Republics powers in the field of foreign policy. The People’s Commissariat of Foreign Affairs of the Belarusian SSR was then established on 24 March that year as a direct result of a resolution passed by the Supreme Soviet. According to this law, the union republics received the right to enter into direct relations with foreign states, conclude’s Commissariat was transformed into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Exactly 12 years later, the Council of Ministers gave the order for the ministry to represent the BSSR at the United Nations.

Aleksandr Medved was born on 16 September 1937 in Belaya Tserkov, Ukraine. The father of the future champion, Vasily, worked as a forester, and their house was located in the forest. Aleksandr took after his father in height. On the one hand, his peers envied him, but on the other hand, it caused a lot of troubles. Aleksandr enrolled in the gymnastics club, but soon realized that he could not be a gymnast with such a height: while training, he had to lift the bar high so that his legs did not touch the floor. However, Aleksandr was not discouraged by the failure. There were other sports clubs but in order to attend them, he needed his father’s permission. Aleksandr’s father set tough terms: to chop 1-2m3 of oak wood ahead of every training session.

Saint Euphrosyne was coming from wealthy and pious parents, who gave birth to her after many difficulties and prayers to God. At the age of 12, she was orphaned by her mother and devoted herself to prayer and the study of the Holy Scriptures as well as to charitable works.

When her father tried to arrange a marriage for her, she escaped to a Christian family and then to a convent. Then she went to a male monastery disguised as a monk.
