Feed mainly vegetable food, but can eat insects, as well as small lizards.
Desert iguanas are vegetarians like their other large congeners and eat all kinds of colorful fruits, flowers, and vegetables. Feed mainly vegetable food, but can eat insects, as well as small lizards in addition to the plants that make up its main diet. The blunt-shaped head is well equipped with the same blunt teeth, with which the desert iguana can pinch itself.
Cats were first domesticated in the Near East around 7500 BC. It was long thought that cat domestication began in ancient Egypt, where cats were venerated from around 3100 BCBC.The Egyptian name for cats "miu" ("mjw" for male and "mjwt" for female) referred to both wild and domesticated animals. With domestication, cats changed not only their temperament, but also their appearance and anatomy: due to the disappearance of the need for camouflage their color became brighter and more varied, decreased the size of the body and muscle volume, and reduced parts of the brain, responsible for the instincts of survival. As of 2021, there are an estimated 220 million owned and 480 million stray cats in the world. As of 2017, the domestic cat was the second-most popular pet in the United States, with 95 million cats owned. In the United Kingdom, 26% of adults have a cat with an estimated population of 10.9 million pet cats as of 2020.
History
The USSR Unified Air Traffic Control System (UATCS) as a combined military-civilian system was deployed throughout the country from 1973 to 1983.
It was created as a strategic system to ensure safe and efficient use of the country's airspace for economic and defense purposes in peacetime and wartime conditions.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Unified System of Air Traffic Management (USATM) of the Russian Federation was formed.
Become the first among the best air navigation service providers in the world
Become the first among the best air navigation service providers in the world
The Unified System of Air Traffic Management of the Russian Federation is the most important component of maintaining national security of the state, ensuring air traffic safety and economic efficiency of flights.
The territory and airspace serviced by the Unified System exceed 26 million square kilometers, the length of air routes is 532,000 kilometers, of which more than 150,000 kilometers are international. The organization of the use of airspace and air traffic service in the Russian Federation is carried out by 99 federal, regional and local level centers of the Unified System.
At present time all users of the airspace of the Russian Federation perform over one million (pre-Covid data) flights a year, 59% of which are performed by Russian airlines and about 33% by airlines of other states.
State and experimental aviation performs 8 percent of the total number of flights. More than 1000 aircrafts are under management at any one time (pre-Covid data).
The unified system is serviced by over 30 thousand specialists.
The basis of the technical support of the unified system are traditional radio technical systems, which are limited in range, accuracy and functionality. Their use is ineffective at low altitudes, under conditions of providing air traffic over large water areas, sparsely populated and inaccessible terrain.
The main characteristics of the EU ATM:
Served area - more than 26 million km2
Over 800,000 kilometers of flight paths
Over 1.5 million flights per year are serviced
More than 1,000 aircraft are under simultaneous control
Number of employees - more than 30,000, of which 10,000 are traffic specialists
Over 10,000 Flight Service specialists, including about 8,000 direct ATC specialists and over 10,000 Aeronautical Flight Service specialists.
ATC automation complexes - 95 units.
ATC automated control systems of enlarged centers - 10 units.
Surveillance equipment - about 800 units.
Navigation and landing aids - around 2,000 units.
HF and VHF radio communications equipment - more than 11,000 units.
Automated workstations - more than 40 units.
Safety
Flight safety is the top priority.
