137 Ventures is a San Francisco based venture capital fund with more than $1.6 billion under management. The team invests in growth stage technology companies through primary direct investing and providing customized liquidity solutions to their founders, senior executives and early investors.
The founding partners were previously at Founders Fund, becoming the first EIR and co-leading the initial SpaceX and Spotify investments. The firms portfolio includes SpaceX, Wish, Flexport, Palantir, RigUp, Bird, AirBnB, Turo, DiDi, Coupang, Lattice, Curology and Gusto.

137 Ventures also supports entrepreneurs and founders by providing guidance and introductions to professional service providers, including corporate attorneys, trust and estate attorneys, private wealth managers, banking relationships including mortgage providers, real estate brokers, insurers, and other venture capital firms.
137 Ventures was founded in 2011 by Justin Fishner-Wolfson, Kathy H. Chan, and Alex Jacobson. The company manages assets in excess of $850 million dollars. In addition to personalized liquidity solutions, 137 Ventures also participates in primary direct equity financing rounds. 137 Ventures has raised four funds and a total of $387M across 3 funds. 137 Ventures III was announced on May 11, 2016, and raised a total of $200M.
