AVIC International Holding Corporation is one of China's largest trading companies, mainly specializing in the aviation industry. It is part of the state-owned Aircraft Building Corporation of China.
AVIC International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTL) is a global share-holding enterprise affiliated to Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The main business involves four segments: Aviation Business, High-end Manufacturing, Overseas Public Service, and Service & Trade. The corporation owns 6 domestic and overseas listed companies, and has established branches in 60 countries and regions.
With aviation as its core business, AVIC INTL focuses on the development of integrated aviation supply chain service system. The business covers integrated supply chain service, aviation industry networking and industrial data platform, international aviation technology cooperation, integrated services for aviation standard parts/products, aviation operations and support, bidding services, etc.

In April 2019 contracts of South American trade projects have been signed, and partial contracts with total amount of 269 million US dollars were entered into force within the same year.
In July 2019 US Lehigh Cement Plant Project contract with a total amount of 22 million US dollars was signed and entered into force. It is the largest EP contract in the US cement industry with a single contract value, which including engineering design, equipment and steel structure supply and on-site supervision services.
In September 2019 Total 8 contracts with total amount of 67.64 million RMB for Upgrading Cement Plant Projects were signed with China Hongshi Cement Group. In November, additional 5 contracts with total amount of 147 million RMB for upgrading Hongshi cement plants clinker systems have been signed. In December, a contract with amount of 43.85 million RMB have been signed with Xingyuan Cement Group for upgrading its cement production line.

In March 2011 AVIC INTL Beijing purchased 20% shares of KHD HUMBOLDT WEDAG INTERNATIONAL AG in Germany (“KHD” for short). Till April 2014, the company held approximately 90% shares of KHD and became its biggest shareholder.
In October 2011 AVIC INTL Beijing and Shantui Machinery Company Ltd jointly established the East Africa Operation Center in Nairobi - the Capital of Kenya, and it mainly sells Shantui brand construction machineries.
In November 2011 AVIC INTL Beijing signed a contract with total amount of 168 million US dollars for building a 2,400tpd clinker cement production line on EPC basis in Venezuelan. In March 2016, this project was finally accepted and officially turned over to the project owner.

CATIC Beijing restructured and changed its name to "AVIC International Beijing Company Ltd." (“AVIC INTL Beijing” for short).
