Adeva is a company that works to scale engineering teams. The company was founded in 2014 by Katerina Trajchevska and Tosho Trajanov in New York.

Adeva scales engineering teams, and works to do so while bringing more women into the tech world. The company aims to play a role in bridging a gender gap in employment in the fields of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). The developers that Adeva finds are sourced globally, and are educated and trained general open-source and IT skills.

The company offers services at two weeks ramp up time, allows companies to scale up and down as they need, and reduces hiring costs. The engineers that Adeva finds are vetted through a four step process, and are trained to the hiring company's tools and processes.

Women empowerment in the workforce is one of Adeva's main missions, as they aim to match the engineers they find with an environment that suits them. The founder, Katerina Trajchevska, was awarded the 2018 Women in Tech Awards in Lisbon.
