The Agent IQ engagement service ties existing banking service channels together and can be deployed within existing digital channels through an Agent IQ mobile application. Customers can reach out to their bankers at any time or change bankers as needed. Past conversations and context are also available to the serving banker.
The Agent IQ banker dashboard allows bankers to respond and reach out to customers. The platform learns from the bankers' actions and over time provides suggested responses. Contextual information from an existing knowledge base system is presented to the banker who can use it directly or share with the customer. The Agent IQ platform enables system administrators to set up bankers, create teams, and set up skill-based routing. The platform provides a topic analysis that identifies what customers are talking about and how often. AI administrators can create and validate dialogues and workflows by using a drag-and-drop AI configuration.
"Concierge", a conversational AI, addresses common queries around the clock, drawing from the knowledge base and learning over time. "Courier" directs conversations with prospective customers to the right banker based on expertise, availability and capacity. "Coach" recommends responses, presents available materials and provides insights from customer interactions to supercharge bankers.
Agent IQ’s cloud-based engagement service is hosted on AWS or GCP, with dedicated in-region instances for each financial institution. Agent IQ’s engagement service offers financial institutions the ability to leverage their existing digital credential store and multi-factor authentication.
