William began to ponder how to create a device that would answer any question you had, like in fantasy movies. Tunstall-Pedoe wrote a program that understands speech and can answer questions with algorithms. In 2012, he brought his Evi to attention. Two years later, Evi bought Amazon and renamed it Alexa. This is how the world's most famous artificial intelligence device was born.
