Aleksey Sergeevich Vertinsky (born January 2, 1956, Sumy, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian theater and film actor, People's Artist of Ukraine (2015).
Alexey Vertinsky was born on January 2, 1956 in Sumy. After graduating from high school, he began his acting career in the theater of the city of Sumy. Served in the army.
In 1980 he graduated from the Moscow Variety and Circus School (workshop of Rudolf Rudin) as an artist of the conversational genre. After graduation, he worked in the Novosibirsk circus, traveled with concerts throughout Siberia. In a duet with Mikhail Kuznetsov, he worked in his specialty for three years. He worked as the director of the port House of Culture for sailors in Wrangel Bay (Nakhodka).
After the Far East, he returned to the Sumy Theater, later moved to the Transcarpathian Drama Theater in Uzhgorod. Since 1997, he has been an actor at the Kiev Young Theatre. Acts in films.
The fourth child in the family (the older two sisters are Anna, Nadezhda, brother Nikolai). There were three wives-artists, in one of the marriages there is a son.
