Alfred Einhorn

Alfred Einhorn (February 27, 1856 – March 21, 1917) was a German chemist born in Hamburg and known for his occupation as a chemist. Einhorn experienced educational pursuits at the University of Tübingen and Leipzig University. Holding German citizenship, he was a student of Julius Lothar Meyer, receiving mentoring through his academic journey.

Some individuals who furthered their careers under Alfred Einhorn's guidance included Arthur Eichengrün and Richard Willstätter. Einhorn's significant accomplishments were recognized with the honor of being inducted into the 2007 National Inventors Hall of Fame. His life came to an end in Munich on March 21, 1917.
