ALISON BRIE
Alison Brie is an American actress, born December 29, 1982 in Hollywood, California. She is best known for her roles as Annie Edison on the NBC television series Community and Trudy Campbell on Mad Men. Allison Bree graduated from South Pasadena High School and attended the California Institute of the Arts. She also participated in a student exchange program, so she spent one semester at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre.
Before beginning her career, Bree worked as an animator for children's parties and acted on the stages of local theaters in California. For her role as Ophelia in Shakespeare's tragedy Hamlet, Allison was awarded an Indy Award.
Bree's career in television began with the role of aspiring hairdresser Nina in an episode of "Hannah Montana". And as a member of the ensemble cast of the TV series "Mad Men" in 2009, Allison Brie won the American Screen Actors Guild Award for "Best Actor in a Drama Series.
Brie also won several major roles. She starred in the movie "Scream 4", the comedy "A Little Married". Moreover, she voiced many characters of animated series. She voiced Pussycat in The Lego Movie.
In 2010, she starred in the October 2010 issue of Men's Health as part of Women of Men's Health, and men's magazine Maxim included Allison Brie in its "Hot 100" list for 2010 at number 99. In 2011, however, she was already in 49th place.
