Alphonse Daudet

Alphonse Daudet was a French writer, playwright, poet, novelist, and screenwriter . He was born on May 13, 1840, in Nîmes, France and held French citizenship . He passed away on December 16, 1897, in Paris .

Daudet wrote under the pseudonym "Piccolo" . He was the father of Léon Daudet and Lucien Daudet . As an author, Daudet worked in various genres such as poetry, short stories, drama, and novels .
