An-140 is a Ukrainian turboprop regional cargo-passenger aircraft developed by Antonov ASTC.

The passenger cabin of the An-140 of the basic configuration is designed to carry 52 passengers. The aircraft has a main luggage compartment with a volume of 6 m³, and an additional cargo compartment with a volume of 3 m³, located under the floor of the cargo compartment, can be used to accommodate additional cargo.
The interior of the passenger compartment was designed by InterAMI and includes comfortable passenger seats, noise-absorbing panels, individual ventilation systems, a multi-channel audio system and luggage racks of an original design.
The MiG-29 is designed to destroy all types of air targets with guided missiles and airborne cannon fire in simple and difficult weather conditions in free space and against the background of the earth, including in conditions of interference, as well as to destroy ground targets using unguided weapons in conditions visual visibility.
The first flight of a prototype of the MiG-29 fighter was made on October 6, 1977 by the Soviet test pilot A. V. Fedotov.

An-140 is a twin-engine turboprop high-wing aircraft with a single-fin tail. The wing is straight with a transverse V = 0, the plumage of a small sweep with a positive transverse V stabilizer. Control without hydraulic boosters with the help of two ailerons, a rudder (PH) and two halves of the elevator (RV). The wing was designed on the basis of extensive research work carried out jointly with TsAGI (Zhukovsky).
