Andrei Bely, born on October 14, 1880, in Moscow, Russian Empire, was a multifaceted individual. He was not only a poet, writer and playwright, but also a philosopher, critic and illustrator. Bely used the pseudonyms "Андрей Белый" and "Андрей Белый" in his works.
He was the son of Nikolai Bugaev, a prominent mathematician in Moscow. In his lifetime, Bely produced noteworthy work, including the novel "Petersburg", which is still studied and admired today.
