Founded 2010 in San Francisco, California, United States by Carine Magescas and Thomas Korte, it invests in early stage ventures, seed, series A, series B, and series C rounds. Its portfolio companies include Process Street, Chec/Commerce.js, Iterable, HypeLabs, and tray.io. As of April 2020, AngelPad has made 171 investments. Their most recent investment was on January 24, 2020, when Chec/Commerce.js raised $1.7M. AngelPad has had 30 exits, the most notable of which include AllTrails, Vungle, and Allay. The company has raised four funds, their latest being AngelPad Fund III. This fund was announced on March 29, 2018 and raised a total of $50M.
