Anne of Bohemia and Hungary (July 23, 1503 - January 27, 1547) was the child of King Vladislaus II of Hungary and Anne of Foix-Candale. She was born in Budapest and had the official name of Anna of Bohemia and Hungary. She was also known by the nickname Anna Jagellonica and was considered the oldest child and only daughter of her parents. Anne was the Queen consort of Germany, Bohemia, and Hungary and the Archduchess of Austria as the wife of King Ferdinand I.
Anne had numerous children, including Charles II, Elizabeth of Austria, Maximilian II, Anna of Austria, Queen of Spain, Ferdinand II, Archduchess Maria of Austria, Archduchess Magdalena of Austria, Catherine of Austria, Eleanor of Austria, Archduchess Margaret of Austria, Archduchess Barbara of Austria, Archduchess Helena of Austria, and Joanna of Austria, Grand Duchess of Tuscany. She also had several other children including Maria of Austria, Duchess of Jülich-Cleves-Berg, Catherine of Austria, Queen of Poland, Archduchess Anna of Austria, Archduchess Eleanor of Austria, and Archduchess Margaret of Austria (nun).
She passed away on January 27, 1547, in Prague.
