Asfand Yar Saeed is the CEO of 13o3 and an entrepreneur and investor with experience in corporate and asset management, private investments, strategy, new ventures, financing, and legal matters. He is the co-founder and COO of Q Holdings Inc. Additionally, he serves as the chief business architect at NFL Investments and chief of strategy and vision at Alfredo Ginyard.
On October 11, 1994, Saeed was born in Islamabad, Pakistan. His family relocated shortly to Hassanabdal and Wah Cantt, where he grew up. In 2013, he enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of New South Wales, but he dropped out in 2015 to focus on his businesses.
Asfand Yar Saeed graduated from Hyper Island's Strategic Business Development Program and The London School of Economics and Political Science's (LSE) Business Statistics Certificate program. He enrolled at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurship Studies, but he eventually bowed out. He also possesses a Diploma from the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT). Asfand earned his GCE A, AS, and GCE O levels in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cambridge at Beaconhouse School System in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
13o3 is a boutique investment and asset deployment firm founded in 2013. 13o3 works with select family offices to provide bespoke investment solutions. The firm manages $1.2 billion in assets. It has locations in London, Shanghai, Zurich, Dubai and Barbados. Asfandyar is 13o3's CEO.
Asfandyar is the former Chief of Business Architecture at Q Holdings Inc. The venture capital firm makes early-stage investments in startups. The firm also serves family offices by managing their finances and partnering to create tailor-made investment strategies. Q Holdings Inc was founded in 2018. Sameer Shahid is the firm's co-founder; he also serves as the CEO.
In addition to his investment pursuits, Saeed is professionally involved in arts and filmmaking. He was the second assistant director of I Am Fine, Thanks, a 2021 drama film. Saeed Saeed occasionally performs as a club DJ.
