The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), also known as สถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย, is a private university located in Pathum Thani, Thailand. Established in 1959, AIT operates in the fields of education, higher education, and university. It is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand.
AIT is affiliated with both the Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning and the International Association of Universities. As an educational institution, its motto is "Learning beyond Boundaries". AIT has been granted one patent and has a subsidiary called the Asian Institute of Technology Ground.
