Balletic Foods is a Silicon Valley based startup founded in 2017. On November 1, 2017, the company secured its first round of seed funding from an undisclosed source.

Balletic Foods is working on isolating muscle stem cells to make cell-derived meat in order to reduce greenhouse emissions from the process .

The company participated in a Clean Meat Panel in San Francisco on May 31, 2018, as a part of an industry conference known as Cultured Meat Symposium, leading to speculation that the new CEO may be former Google software engineer Robert Yaman, who was credited in the panel roster as the CEO of a "clean meat startup still in stealth mode".
