Barry Gibb

Barry Gibb, born Barry Alan Crompton Gibb on September 1, 1946, in Douglas, Isle of Man, is a British-American musician, composer, songwriter, guitarist, singer-songwriter, singer, and record producer. He is known for his work in various genres, such as psychedelic rock, pop music, baroque pop, country music, and disco. Barry Gibb has also occasionally used the pseudonym Johnny Hayes.

Gibb holds dual citizenship in both the United Kingdom and the United States. He is the father of Steve Gibb, and his own father was Hugh Gibb. Barry Gibb is part of a well-known musical family, with Maurice Gibb, Robin Gibb, and Andy Gibb as relatives. Throughout his career, he has received various Grammy Awards.
