Belshina

Belshina is a Belarus-based company that specializes in manufacturing and marketing tires. It was originally founded in 1963 under the name Belarus Tire Plant and changed to its current name in 2002. It mass-produces tires that are in compliance with international standards of safety. Belshina also conducts research and development for the tire industry. It states that it has partnerships with other companies in seventy countries worldwide. Belshina has several companies and facilities that it operates, including Giant Tire Plant, OTR Tire Plant, Car&Truck Tire Plant, Mechanical Plant, and other facilities. The company has dealers for the tires on every continent, excluding Antarctica.

The company offers tires for a variety of vehicles. Customers can purchase tires from the company for their personal cars for different needs such as highway, winter, and all-season driving. Most of its products are meant for larger vehicles, and the company has tires for larger vehicles, including trucks, buses, tractors, agricultural machines, road-building machines, and dump trucks.

In 2021, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada designated sanctions on companies and organizations in Belarus due to the migrant crisis on the border in Poland that resulted from the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Belshina is state-owned and thus was a part of the trade sanctions.
