Beyond Labs is a London based information technology company providing real-time and collaborative budgeting platform to manage business finances. The company uses artificial intelligence and integration with financial accounts to provide real-time data for budget planning and financial analysis.

Headbeyond is a web-based budget management platform for companies to manage their financial resource in real-time and in a collaborative manner. Headbeyond offers integration with business accounting software like Xero and Moneybird. If a user does not use the aforementioned software, they can upload data in spreadsheets to manage their finance. Administrators of the platform create plans with budget amounts and activity categories to manage company activities. Activities can be income, expense or both and are funded by the plans they belong to which are approved by the managers. Users can be assigned a budget plan which enables them to use the funds for activities.

Administrative users can define rules and link them to specific activities for tracking. Administrators can also move funds from users and budget plans. History of all transactions and activities are kept as data for analysis. The platform can integrate with many social and communication applications like Slack and Google for collaboration.

James Williams and Xavier Wilders founded the company in October of 2015 and is headquartered in London, England. The company was a part of the Entrepreneur First accelerator batch of 2015-16.
