Bill Lawrence is an American TV producer, screenwriter, television director, film director, and film producer. He was born on December 6, 1968, in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Lawrence is the founder of Doozer, a production company, and is best known as the creator of the television series Scrubs.
Lawrence attended Ridgefield High School in Connecticut and has worked as a showrunner in the television industry. He has directed the film Shrinking and is the father of singer Charlotte Lawrence.
Over the course of his career, Lawrence has been involved in the creation and production of all nine seasons of the popular TV show Scrubs, which aired from 2001 to 2010.
