Binance Bluebird Index is a cryptocurrency price index launched in November 2022 that tracks the performance of BNB, DOGE and MASK. The Index is calculated using a formula that incorporates the weighted averages of the constituent tokens’ real-time prices on the Binance Spot market, denominated in USDT.

Binance is a global cryptocurrency exchange that provides a trading platform for over 100 cryptocurrencies. Since the beginning of 2018, Binance has been considered the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world in terms of trading volume.

Binance's English "Binance" name is based on a combination of the words binary and finance. Binance’s currency trading service started in 2017 and can process around 1.4 million orders per second, offering trading in over 150 cryptocurrencies, including popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and its own BNB Token.

In June 2022, Bloomberg reported that the SEC was investigating Binance’s 2017 initial coin offering (ICO) for violations of securities laws.
