Part of the Bouygues group, Bouygues Travaux Publics is a company that undertakes complex projects involving tunnels, engineering structures and road, port and rail infrastructures. Operating in France and many other countries, the entity has expertise in managing large-scale projects with high added value and in setting up public-private partnership projects.
Previous Bouygues Travaux Publics projects include the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge, the Port of Miami Tunnel and the Nîmes-Montpellier rail bypass. Bouygues Travaux Publics has permanent offices in France, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Australia.
Through two specialised subsidiaries (Bouygues Construction Services Nucléaires and NOVI), the company offers a wide spectrum of skills relating to the nuclear sector: engineering, maintenance, decommissioning and ventilation in a nuclear environment. Bouygues Travaux Publics is directing a number of large-scale nuclear projects, including the EPR nuclear plant in Flamanville, France, and the confinement shelter for the Chernobyl sarcophagus.
