Brendan Wallace is an American businessperson and venture capitalist. He is the founding partner of Otter Rock Capital and Fifth Wall Ventures.
Brendan was the co-Founder/CEO of Identified.com, a data and analytics platform that was acquired by Workday in March 2014. Identified developed and patented its proprietary SYMAN technology, a data normalization engine that processed and organized large amounts of social media data to make it useful to companies for recruiting and marketing.
Identified raised $30 million from leading Sillicon Valley investors and VCs like Tim Draper, Bill Draper, Joel Peterson, Eric Schmidt's Innovation Endeavors, VantagePoint Capital Partners and Capricorn. Brendan also helped found Cabify, an on-demand car service operating in Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America and services a Board Director/Advisor at a number of companies including InteriorDefine, AirEnvy, Kichit, ArtStar, and others.
Brendan graduated from Stanford University's MBA program and Princeton University. Brendan previously worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. and The Blackstone Group.
