Brilliance Ventures is an Israeli based Venture Capital fund, which invests in core technology in growth stages; our investment is then utilized to facilitate the next round of equity financing of the portfolio companies.

Brilliance Ventures was founded in cooperation with Tel Aviv Capital - TLVC, an Israel-based smart tech investment and M&A boutique, specializing in building tailor-made investment strategies, including large transactions and investment banking advisory services. TLVC is one of the largest channels for Asian investments into Israeli technology companies. During the past 6 years, TLVC has raised over US $500M into leading Israeli tech companies from the largest PEs in Asia.
